Required- Proof of identity (Aadhaar of all family members)
- Proof of address (Utility bill / Aadhaar)
- Previous ration card surrender certificate (if migrated)
- Income certificate (for BPL / AAY category)
- Family photograph
- Self-declaration form
Eligibility criteria
Check- Permanent resident of Karnataka.
- Family not already holding a ration card.
- BPL/AAY: Annual family income below โน1.2 lakh (rural) / โน1.5 lakh (urban).
- APL: All other families not under BPL/AAY.
