Required- Aadhaar of employee
- PAN
- Current employer's EPFO registration
- Correction details (name/date of birth/gender to be corrected)
- Supporting documents (SSLC / Aadhaar showing correct name)
- Employer's attestation on JD form
Eligibility criteria
Check- EPF member where name / DOB / gender in EPFO records differs from Aadhaar.
