- UAN (Universal Account Number)
- PAN (for withdrawal above โน50,000 to avoid TDS)
- Bank account seeded in EPFO portal
- Employment / unemployment declaration
- Claim form (Form 31 / 19 / 10C as applicable)
Eligibility criteria
Check- Form 31: Partial withdrawal (medical, marriage, housing, education).
- Form 19: Full PF withdrawal โ after 2 months of unemployment or retirement.
- Form 10C: EPS withdrawal (if less than 10 years of service).
- Minimum KYC compliance required.
