Dependent benefit on death of insured person
Documents required
Required- ESIC Pehchan card / insurance number
- Death certificate of insured employee
- Aadhaar of nominee / dependent
- Proof of relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate)
- Bank account of dependent
Eligibility criteria
Check- Dependants (widow, children, parents) of insured employee who has died due to employment injury.
- Monthly pension to dependants from the day after death.
