Maternity benefit under ESIC
Documents required
Required- ESIC Pehchan card
- Doctor's certificate of expected delivery date
- Delivery certificate / birth certificate after delivery
- Bank account of claimant
- Claim form (Form 10)
- Contribution of 70 days in the last 2 policy periods
Eligibility criteria
Check- Woman employee insured under ESIC.
- Contribution period: minimum 70 days in the preceding 2 contribution periods.
- Benefit: Full wages for 26 weeks (maternity) / 6 weeks (miscarriage / adoption).
