Eligibility criteria
Check- Establishments employing 10 or more persons (20 in certain states).
- Applicable to factories, shops, hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, medical establishments.
- Monthly wages of employees must be below ₹21,000 (₹25,000 for persons with disability).
