Required- Aadhaar and marriage certificate of prospective adoptive parents
- Home study report (prepared by recognised adoption agency)
- Income and medical certificates
- Criminal background check
Eligibility criteria
Check- Indian citizens aged 25โ55 years (couple); 25โ55 years (single woman); minimum 21 years (single man).
- Minimum age difference of 25 years with child.
- Registered on CARA portal; matching done by CARA/RIPA/SAA.
