Required- Original RC
- Sale deed / Form 29 (notice of transfer) and Form 30 (report of transfer) by seller and buyer
- Aadhaar and address proof of buyer
- Insurance certificate
- Road tax and fee payment
- NOC from financier (if hypothecation exists)
Eligibility criteria
Check- Buyer / new owner of a vehicle within 30 days of purchase.
- Applied at RTO (Regional Transport Office) of buyer's address.
