Required- Death certificate of worker
- KBOCWWB labour card
- Nominee's Aadhaar and bank account
- FIR / post-mortem report (for accidental death)
- Application by nominee
Eligibility criteria
Check- Nominee / legal heir of a KBOCWWB registered worker who has died.
- Death benefit: โน1 lakh (natural) to โน2 lakh (accidental).
- Disability benefit for permanent disability.
- Claim to be filed within 1 year of death.
